Believed to date back to the 16th and 17thCentury, Sedgcombe House is Grade II Listed and offers a compelling mix of period charm and fresh, modern spaces. The house retains a clear relationship to the architectural history of the area and the accommodation is generous with the numerous reception rooms allowing for a real flexibility as to how they could be used. Highlights include the showstopping vaulted entrance hall, with ornate staircase. There is a rare 17th century Friends Meeting House and the Cotswold Way runs through the village. Many of Broad Campden's cottage are thatched, which along with the honey coloured Cotswold stone, makes it an incredibly beautiful village.

Described by Pevsner as ‘the best piece of townscape in Gloucestershire, arguably one of the best in England’ Chipping Campden is only 1 mile away. The main street curves in a shallow arc and is lined with a succession of magnificent buildings, yet each having its own distinctive embellishments. A lively place, with most of the facilities of a small town Chipping Campden has a wide variety of shops and businesses, countless welcoming pubs, cafés, hotels, restaurants, a pharmacy, barber, hairdressers, library, Co-op convenience store, post office and doctors surgery.

For those who are keen on sport, there are great facilities including a leisure centre (Cotswold Leisure)with football pitches and tennis courts as well as a cricket club on the east of the town.
