Ufton Nervet is a rural village but it is not isolated. The whole area has a fabulous rural feel yet there is a vibrancy to the area that is evident in the wide variety of excellent local pubs.

Newbury, Reading and Oxford are all within striking distance and the property is also well positioned for the M4, with Junction 12 only 4 miles away. Crossrail, which is due to be completed soon, will provide a fast connection from Reading to TheCity.
